Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with Katmai Conservancy! Every order supports research, education, and conservation at Katmai National Park, and we do our best to get it to you quickly.

Processing and delivery

We're a small nonprofit team, and we pack orders with care. Most orders are processed within [2–4] business days, and we aim to have your order delivered within two weeks of purchase for domestic addresses. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships, including tracking information.

During busy seasons (especially Fat Bear Week in the fall and the winter holidays), processing may take a few extra days. We appreciate your patience, the bears keep us busy too.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. [Add if true: Orders over $X ship free within the U.S.]

Domestic shipping

We ship to all 50 states, including right here at home in Alaska, plus U.S. territories, PO boxes, and APO/FPO addresses via [USPS / your carriers].

International shipping

Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery times and costs vary by destination and are calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in our shipping charges. International delivery typically takes [2–6] weeksdepending on destination and customs processing.

Order changes

You can change or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Email sales@katmaiconservancy.org as soon as possible and we'll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If your tracking hasn't moved in [10] days or your order arrives damaged, email us at sales@katmaiconservancy.org with your order number and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement, a refund, or chasing down the carrier on your behalf.
